The 1000 adds capacity and finer hundredth-gram steps for a few dollars more; the 800 is the plainer tool. Buy the resolution you will actually read.
What is the Luminx?
Weighmax's small 100 gram unit with the backlit display, in blue or white, with the red Lumix alongside it reading to the hundredth gram. It is the pocket pick of this shelf; the bigger units are drawer scales.
Do I need ID?
Yes: 21 and over with a valid ID at all four counters, plus the delivery re-check at handoff.
