Should I wait for a strain to hit the quarter?
If you love it, no. Rotation means no guarantee a gram-shelf strain ever shows at 7g, so the working rule is buy the size on the shelf today and tell the counter what you want at size; they pass requests upstream.
Do I need ID?
Yes: 21 and over with a valid ID, at all four counters and again at the door for delivery.
