Frequently asked questions
What comes in the kit, and what else do I buy?
The kit is the device and battery. You add e-liquid off our shelf and pick up replacement coils as they wear out; the SMOK coils are on this same page. Ask the counter to hand you a matching coil so you have a spare from day one.
Novo Master or the GeekVape Wenax Q?
Both are small refillable kits and both do the same job. The Wenax runs $22.99 to $29.99, the Novo is a flat $35.99, and after that it comes down to which one feels better in your hand and which coils your shop keeps deepest. Come hold both.
Do I need ID?
Yes. Hardware is carded exactly like a disposable: 21 and over with a valid ID at the counter at all four shops, and checked again at the door on delivery orders.
Do both colors sit at every shop?
Not guaranteed. It is a two-colorway shelf, so if you want the Pink specifically, call the shop you are headed to and have them set it aside.
